  YL-217CF All parts are centrally operated and controlled by the panel, and the operation is simple

 Equipped with an independent silicone rubber roller, it can quickly expel the air bubbles in the tape and produce super clear tape

  The human-machine interface adopts Mitsubishi PLC as the main control, and the LED touch screen controls data input and display

  It is equipped with an electric deviation correction function for the Jumbo roll, and the remote control controls the motor to fine-tune the position of the Jumbo roll

 The main drive position adopts synchronous belt drive, which features strong stability and high transmission efficiency
 

  It is equipped with the function of exchanging shafts without stopping the machine

  The tape is automatically labeled after rewinding, and the labeling meters can be precisely set

   Automatic rolled-style rewinding and coiling of waste edges function/automatic triming

  Automatic shutdown detection for broken edges, and automatic shutdown when waste edges are disconnected

  Magnetic powder rewinding offers more stable tape processing quality

  Magnetic powder braking ensures more stable jumbo roll unwinding
 

  A Silencing shaft is added to the area where the jumbo roll is placed, significantly reducing the noise during processing

  Self-developed power distribution programs ensure precise control, enhancing the safety and service life of equipment circuits

It can be optionally equipped with a hydraulic automatic feeding system or a silencing shaft. The standard configuration can be chosen from either one. It has saved labor to the greatest extent and improved work efficiency.
