YL-217DF All parts are centrally operated and controlled by the panel, and the operation is simple   The human-machine interface adopts Mitsubishi PLC as the main control, and the LED touch screen controls data input and display   After rewinding tapes, the film will automatically cutting and the auxiliary pressure roller will automatically smooth and seal  Automatic lock function can automatically open and close the lock of the rewinding shaft
Exchange the upper/lower shaft without stopping, can increase production.   It is equipped with an electric deviation correction function for the Jumbo roll, and the remote control controls the motor to fine-tune the position of the Jumbo roll   Automatic rolled-style rewinding and coiling of waste edges function/automatic triming   Automatic shutdown detection for broken edges, and automatic shutdown when waste edges are disconnected
It adopts toothed synchronous belt drive, which is highly efficient, low in noise and more stable in processing   It can automatically label without stopping the machine, and the entire labeling roller is upgraded with Teflon coating  Magnetic powder rewinding offers more stable tape processing quality   A Silencing shaft is added to the area where the jumbo roll is placed, significantly reducing the noise during processing
It can be optionally equipped with a hydraulic automatic feeding system or a silencing shaft. The standard configuration can be chosen from either one. It has saved labor to the greatest extent and improved work efficiency.
